Look at the unit in your mechanical room or mechanical closet. Gradient units carry the Gradient badge and a controller screen, and the model number will read sFT-202, sFT-201, or mOD-200 on older units. Gradient’s documentation also says an emergency contact sticker should have been left in your mechanical room at possession. If there is no sticker, or it names a company you have never dealt with, you do not currently have a service relationship for that appliance.
