On the current Tankless policy, ten years on the heat exchanger for a defect resulting in a leak, and five years on the burner, pumps, valves, controller and motors. Both periods are also capped by operating hours: five years or 7,500 hours, and ten years or 15,000 hours, whichever comes first. Registering within sixty days of installation extends the five year parts coverage to ten. The syncFURNACE Boiler and GCx use a different document: five years on components and ten on the pressure vessel, with no hours cap and no registration extension.
