No. The policy is written for the benefit of the first purchaser at retail, on the original site of installation only, and it states plainly that the warranty “is not assignable”. If you bought a home with a Gradient already in it, you are not the Original Owner under that document. Worth knowing before you rely on coverage, and worth knowing if you are selling.
