• • Experience: A valid Journeyman Plumber certificate with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Versatility: While experience in either residential service or new construction is an asset, a commitment to becoming a “well-rounded” technician is a must.
  • Character: We prioritize honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. We want someone who does the right thing when no one is watching.
  • Growth Mindset: An insatiable desire to enhance your technical knowledge—from high-efficiency gas appliances to hydronic systems—is essential.

• Communication: Being able to discuss problems and recommend fixes to homeowners and contractors is a skillset that is required daily.
